Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns for our custom-made items, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thecurlscouts.com
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once we review your claim, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you notice an issue immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we will do our best to help.
